Episode Four: Why Consistency Beats Intensity in Building a Sustainable Fitness Habit

Hi there, and welcome to the fourth episode in our ongoing video series on building healthier lives and preventing non-communicable diseases (NCDs). This time, we’re diving into a critical truth about physical activity: Consistency Over Intensity.

In this episode titled “Consistency Over Intensity: The Key to Building a Sustainable Physical Exercise Habit”, I unpack why long-term success in physical fitness doesn’t come from extreme workouts—but from small, regular steps repeated over time. Whether it’s a brisk 20-minute walk, stretching daily, or scheduling three moderate workouts a week, these practices form habits that stick—and improve your health dramatically over time.

Want to learn how to make fitness a habit, not a chore? How to stay motivated? And why a 10-minute stretch can be just as powerful as a marathon?
